Introductory Session

This is where your journey to baby begins! During your initial assessment, we will take a deep dive into your health history, nutrition history, menstrual history, dieting history, current nutrition & lifestyle behaviors, and so much more! We will explore what nutrition & lifestyle modifications that you can make to increase your chances of getting pregnant, regardless of how you conceive. Together we will create a vision of what your nutrition, hormones, and life looks like 3 months from now and long-term.

This time will also a great opportunity for us to explore if we are a good fit to work together.

Your Introductory Session will lay the groundwork for our follow-up sessions. You will receive coaching and resources for new ways to improve your fertility with nutrition & lifestyle modifications and without dieting, restriction, shame, or guilt.

After our session, you will get a customized roadmap and ongoing support for your next steps to achieve your goals.

Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions are crucial to your success to ensure you are doing just that -- following through on the goals and commitments you've made to yourself.

During our follow-up sessions, we will discuss the actions that you've taken since our last session along with what worked and what didn't work.

If the actions that you took didn't work, that's where the magic happens! We will discuss alternatives and troubleshoot together to find a strategy that does work for you. It's so common to craft a perfect plan on paper and then when you go to implement it, it just doesn't work. Instead of giving up, we will tweak the plan until it works for you.

Our follow-up sessions also provide an opportunity for support and accountability so that these changes don't feel so hard and you stick to them long-term.

Together we will determine how often you would benefit from having follow-up sessions and how many you might need to be successful.

Follow-up sessions are available for purchase individually or in discounted bundles.
